I don't trust kavanaugh and roberts not to stay tharpe.

So what is your final guess? Ryan is down for 23. Nanudas is down for 27. steven and ted what are your guesses?

    Mike what is your guess?

I kinda wanna redo this poll because everyone is shooting high! I like the optimism!
Read Robertson's thread. He was remanded over tard card claims a few months ago.

I think that number of executed inmates will be 22.

25, I see Tennessee and Nebraska making up for executions that get stayed in Texas. I also predict there will be more executions later in the year than earlier. Would not be surprised if there are no executions at all in January.

Interesting input joe_con. I am skeptical about Nebraska conducting any unless there is a volunteer. I think if an inmate challenges the 4 drug protocol they will get a stay (Moore did not challenge the protocol, although others challenged it on his behalf). Tennessee isn't going to set any additional dates beyond the 4 already scheduled, and of those 4 I have a feeling either Johnson or the guy with cancer will not be executed.

As for january, I am sure that Jennings will be executed. He was already stayed by the TCCA previously, and they reviewed and denied his claims. He doesn't have anything new.

I like mostlyclassics' conservative estimate of 22.

Also, to make it more interesting, post a state by state breakdown of the number of executions you predict. I will go first.

    Texas - 8
    Tennessee - 3
    Georgia - 3
    Ohio - 3
    Florida - 2

Also, I predict there will be 2 executions via electric chair.

Wanna break it down steven? Bonus points if you guess correct number of alternative execution methods! (anything other than LI)

FFM want to post your exact prediction and break it down state by state?
