Who did John Leo Capistrano kill?
Good question! I have searched numerous times and the only info on this killer is: He was sentenced to death and now sits on California's death row at San Quentin Prison just north of San Francisco since January 6, 1998 for a December 9, 1995 murder. But there was no info on him or his victim's. On a site that lists all death row inmates in California only his name is listed. No vital information about him or who he killed. Sorry he is now currently being mentioned in several article due to political climate. he is on death row for killing another inmate an stabbing another. Born April 30, 1970. El Monte ca. County. currently housed in protective custody. married to an attorney. although she was fired from her law firm for passing along information to him about other death row inmate's would pass this information along to correctional staffers information would also be used for extortion attempts. recently stabbed for filing a grievance about an outside shower, which resulted in lowering of water pressure. his nickname is King Rat. He has more cell moves than anyone previous record includes multiple burglary, armed robbery, false imprisonment w/injury,2 criminal traffic. former marriage Rosella Rodrigez. Caution to women Christian's, everything this man states in pen-pal adds about himself is false. he changes religion every few year's, he only wants your money!
