    The Texas court of criminal appeal has stayed it. The big Texas is such a joke of a death penalty state now. The only way we have a huge rise in executions this year is if Oklahoma’s machine reactivates this year. Friot is taking forever to rule on the new protocol.

    It's a state court doing it they don't have jurisdiction.
