    @Everyone

John William King Filed A Appeal Request On October. 28, 2013 & Only Have A Limit Of Two Levels Of Appeals That's Left Before He Receive A Execution Date.

Well... I've Good News Which Is The October. 28, 2013 Appeal Request Was Denied By Judge Richard Schell On August. 7, 2015 Which Mean That John William King Have Only Final Appeal That's Left For Him Before He Receive A Execution Date Which Is More Than Likely To Be Denied.

But Anyways... I'll Be Glad When John William King Execution Date Arrive Because He Need To Be Executed Immediately Because His Time Has Been Due.

    No Exceptions!

    No.

The district court didn't deny habeas relief yet. It simply denied King an evidentiary hearing in which he could build an appeal with.

Federal judge denies requests from James Byrd Jr.'s killer

A U.S. district judge has denied John William King's request to allow new evidence into the court record for the 1998 capital murder of James Byrd Jr.

More than 18 years after Byrd was chained to the back of a ragged pick-up truck and dragged several miles along a Jasper County road, King - who was sentenced to death for his role in the crime - is still skirting execution in hopes a federal judge grants him relief.

King, 41, claims he was not at the crime scene, that a jury convicted the wrong man, and that the white supremacy group he's been linked to was mischaracterized. Evidence of these claims have never been allowed into the record, according to King's appellate attorney A. Richard Ellis.

U.S. District Judge Marcia A. Crone denied his request last Thursday, citing King's failure to show "cause and prejudice" or actual innocence.

The next step for King would have been to take his argument to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans, then the U.S. Supreme Court, but Crone denied his certificate of appealability which would have given higher courts jurisdiction to hear the case.

Lawrence Russell Brewer, 44, King's codefendant, was executed by lethal injection in September 2011. Shawn Berry, 41, who authorities said drove the truck while Byrd was attached to it, is serving a life-sentence for his role in the June 7, 1998 killing.

Thank God this jerk is finally execution-eligible. If we're lucky maybe we get King and Pruett in one year. I was a CO in Texas when both of these were sentenced. It's an important part of showing that the Death Penalty does work. This guy's arrogant attempt to save his ass was that he got assaulted soon after arriving at the Beto unit to serve a burglary term. He became radicalized by the KKK and that's why he did what he did. He and Obama are born of the same cloth. No one's to blame but those darn Conservatives. I Can't wait to personally stand outside these two bastard's executions at the Walls.

A COA granted for IAC on actual innocence during trial, eh? The court should have denied a COA altogether. Lawrence Brewer, John King, and Shawn Berry knew exactly what they were going to do to that poor man, and their past behavior and evidence at trial makes it pretty clear what they all did. IAC on that claim should have been denied outright.

    Greetings,

    Good Morning!

    CNC Punishment

I've a Question which is "Do You Think John William King Will Win His Case With The U.S Fifth Circuit Court And/Or Do You Think The U.S. Fifth Circuit Court Will Deny Him His Case In General?".

Doubt it. AEDPA has a high standard and the 5th Circuit remains unconvinced by death row inmates' arguments.
