    I think Harris County will seek an execution date for McFarland.

    I really don’t think so.

    A robbery homicide with one victim, and the fact McFarland’s attorney slept during the trial and his other attorney had never tried a death penalty case before

    Add the fact that Ogg hasn’t sought dates for inmates much worse, such as Kerry Allen, Garcia White, Anthony Haynes, Perry Austin and Ray Freeney, I wouldn’t expect a date from her

    McFarland is scheduled to appear in Harris County Court 262 on 3/3/2033 (probably another typo and meant 2023).
