    I don't understand why some people like this guy get denied in 5 months while others have to wait half a decade for a decision.

    So looking at what Ogg is targeting it seems that Raby will probably go after Brown. Literally sentenced on the same day, born the same year, crimes committed four months apart to so this should be her next target.
