    Richard D. Hackett - Pennsylvania




    Facts of the Crime:

    Convicted for his part in the 1986 contract killing of Maureen Dunne, 16, daughter of a Philadelphia police detective.

    Hackett was sentenced to death in Philadelphia County on July 16, 1988.

    Hackett won an appeal based on Atkins. There should be an appeal to the Pennsylvania Supremes before it becomes final.
