    Ronald Clark - Pennsylvania

    Facts of the Crime:

A Germantown man was sentenced to death on December 6, 1994 for shooting and killing an East Oak Lane teenager after the pair bumped into each other while standing in line at a stop 'n' go deli. Ronald Clark, who was convicted of first-degree murder and related charges in the slaying of Aineias Life, shook his head as the jury foreman announced the sentence. The jury deliberated about two hours. Afterward, Judge Paul Ribner formally sentenced Clark to die.

I have found this opinion that states that Clark's death sentence has been vacated. It is an entirely seperate appeal that does not mention why or from what court.
