    Now, if only KY would grow a spine and give Caudill (or anyone else) the needle.
    Violence and death seem to be the only answers that some people understand.

    If House Bill 115 is passed through the Senate and House, then all on death row would be resentenced to LWOP. In the meantime, that remains to be seen if executions resume in the coming years.

    It's been nine years and they (politicians) still haven't attempted to change the execution protocol in the state and haven't made any steps to address the injunction that was placed in 2010. I doubt they will ever execute a person again before capital punishment is outlawed again. And no this isn't like Nebraska they didn't have any warrant ready people until these past few years.
