Jordan and Chase are still in this bs ever expanding lawsuit over their injection drugs. They sued to see how Missouri got their drugs then got rejected, now he has shifted to Georgia.

This isn't appeal isn't directed at Mississippi either its at the GDC(GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS).

The governor and attorney general do not appear to be in any hurry to restart them.

Mississippi is a pretend death penalty state at this point. It’s a race against time to see if Oklahoma or Arizona will restart first.

Almost certain that AZ will resume in Spring 2021. Mississippi could do the same in the next year or so.

Finding lethal injection drugs is probably the “holdup”.

This is in regards to his lawsuit with the GDC (GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS).

In today's orders, the United States Supreme Court declined to review Jordan's petition for certiorari.

Lower Ct: United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit
    Case Numbers: (17-12948)
    Decision Date: January 10, 2020

Jordan filed a petition for post-conviction relief with the Mississippi Supreme Court yesterday.

He likely did this to stall his inevitable execution date.

They need to seek a date and put this litigious swine in the ground already. This guy is the Tommy Arthur of Mississippi.

I have a feeling Charles Ray Crawford will be next due to AG Lynn Fitch being a woman and Crawford’s crime being similar to Loden’s.
