He’ll be in line for execution next year. Maybe next year Tennessee can finally execute a batch of people from the late 90s and 2000s. The batch they’ve been dealing with since August of 2018, they should’ve been gone back in 2007.

They need to set a date for Donald Middlebrooks. He’s an even worse version of Brewer and King

I wonder Bobsicles how many executions we’ll have this year in Tennessee? I wonder if all 9 executions that were requested by the attorney general will be scheduled this year?

3-5. Oscar Smith and Harold Nichols are dead men walking. I’m skeptical about Black and Payne, not cause they’re playing the tard card, but because they both could cry racist just like Abdul Rahman did

On a side note, there are only five inmates with exhausted appeals that don’t have execution dates:

    Donald Middlebrooks
    Henry Hodges
    Farris Morris
    Tony Carruthers
    Jon Hall

Expect all five to get execution dates next year

I’m pretty sure the AG requested dates for all of those except Hall, so it’s a matter of time.

Christa Pike will have exhausted appeals by next year too so she might get a 2021 or 2022 date

STEPHEN HUGUELEY v TONY MAYS, Warden

In today's opinions, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals AFFIRMED the district court’s DENIAL of Hugueley's habeas petition based on ineffective assistance of counsel.

Gee, I wonder why he's in solitary after killing *twice* in prison. Clearly, there's no discernable reason so it must just be because the TN Department of Corrections are giant meanies!

The root cause of this is there's no discipline in the homes, they don't go to school, you know, they live off the government, no personal accountability, and they just beat people up for no reason, and it's disgusting." - Former Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters
