Is this a real date? I see no news on google
"I am the warden! Get your warden off this gurney and shut up! You are not in America. This is the island of Barbados. People will see you doing this." Monty Delk's last words.
I found this on google, this is the order setting an execution date: http://tncourts.gov/sites/default/fi...n_10-20-14.pdf
See post #60 here : http://www.cncpunishment.com/forums/...ent-News/page6
Litigation continues and probably won't be resolved before the 12/9 date, thus it will probably be stayed or delayed until after the case is resolved.
Thank you Very much

Well if they are still litigating this one maybe they could slip in Irick
I seriously doubt they'll put this one to death. Maybe 1/100 chance.
Stayed on October 22.

"They will hurt you. They will hurt your grandma, these people. The root cause of this is there's no discipline in the homes, they don't go to school, you know, they live off the government, no personal accountability, and they just beat people up for no reason, and it's disgusting." - Former Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters
