    Farris Morris v. Wayne Carpenter

In today's Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals opinions, the court AFFIRMED the district court's DENIAL of Morris’s claim of ineffective assistance of counsel in the guilt phase, VACATED the district court’s grant of habeas relief on Morris’s claim of ineffective assistance of counsel in the sentencing phase, and REMANDED to the district court.
