Facts of the Crime:
Two men who participated in the killing of 16-year-old West Philadelphia resident Alexander Porter after leading him to believe they were going to set him up in the drug business were sentenced on November 14, 1989 to death in the electric chair. Common Pleas Judge Albert F. Sabo imposed the sentence on Kevin Pelzer and Henry "Butch" Daniels after the jury that convicted the pair set the penalty at death.
Pelzer was sentenced to death in Philadelphia County on November 14, 1989.
