On April 28, 2021, oral argument will be heard before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit in Cassano's appeal of the Federal District Court's judgment denying his amended petition for a writ of habeas corpus.

The panel hearing his appeal will be made up of Senior Judge Siler (G.H.W. Bush), Judge Clay (Clinton) and Judge Donald (Obama).

The root cause of this is there's no discipline in the homes, they don't go to school, you know, they live off the government, no personal accountability, and they just beat people up for no reason, and it's disgusting." - Former Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters

Today, the Sixth Circuit denied Ohio's petition for rehearing en banc, with four judges dissenting (Siler, Thapar, Nalbandian, and Griffin).

Wait, Judge Thapar dissented? That’s sad cause he was one of my favorites for the Supreme Court
