The root cause of this is there's no discipline in the homes, they don't go to school, you know, they live off the government, no personal accountability, and they just beat people up for no reason, and it's disgusting." - Former Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters

4 Texas death row inmates lose appeals at US Supreme Court

HOUSTON - An East Texas woman on death row for the slaying of her developmentally disabled baby sitter and a man convicted of the killings of four people in suburban Dallas are among four condemned Texas prisoners losing appeals at the U.S. Supreme Court.

The high court, without comment, refused to review the case of 50-year-old Kimberly Cargill, of Whitehouse, who was convicted in Smith County in 2012.

The justices Monday also refused appeals from 36-year-old Raul Cortez, condemned for a 2004 quadruple fatal shooting in McKinney in Collin County; 37-year-old Rosendo Rodriguez III, convicted of the slaying of a pregnant San Antonio woman in 2005; and 32-year-old Damon Matthews, on death row for a 2003 Houston killing and car theft.

None of the four prisoners has an execution date.

It's because of the fact that 1) she a terrible person whose crime is just gastly especially for a woman, 2) she has no gimmick to hold things up like retardation, innocence claim, or religious conversion, and 3) she's going to be the first white woman ever executed for killing a black person in American history she basically blows up all anti arguments based on race. The fact it was an all white rural Texas jury that sentenced her only further disproves their arguments.

Its probably because she has no innocence claim. She burried the victim alive. Darlie and Linda, both still insist on they're innocent.
