Casey Anthony allegedly paid her lawyer with sex

    By Natalie O'Neill
    The New York Post

Accused child-killer Casey Anthony paid her lawyer with sex, according to a report Tuesday.

A private investigator hired by Casey’s lawyer, Jose Baez, in her murder case claimed that he learned that Anthony was trading sex for legal representation after a TV show requested an interview with her that she didn’t want to do in 2008, according to the gossip website RadarOnline.

“[Baez] called the network saying they would have to take a raincheck, hung up the phone and said to Casey: ‘You now owe me three blowjobs,’ ” according to PI Dominic Casey, who gave the sworn testimony in January as part of a bankruptcy case.

The sleazy shenanigans got worse as time went by because the alleged murdering mommy was broke, the private detective said.

“The misconduct between Casey and Jose escalated,” the PI said, adding that he once “witnessed a naked Casey’’ run from Baez’s private chambers.

“That night, I told her that she cannot allow him to continue engaging in this behavior. … Casey told me she had to do what Jose said because she had no money for her defense,’’ the private detective said, according to court documents obtained by the celebrity news website.

In 2011, Anthony was found not guilty of murdering her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee.

Former Investigator: Casey Anthony’s lawyer said Casey murdered Caylee, dumped body

    By WFLA Staff
    WFLA News

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — A private investigator who worked for Casey Anthony’s defense team is making shocking claims in court documents. Former private investigator Dominic Casey claims that Casey Anthony’s attorney told him that Anthony had murdered her daughter Caylee and dumped the body.

Two affidavits from private investigator Dominic Casey were included in documents filed in Orlando U.S. Bankruptcy Court in April of 2016. The documents are part of Casey Anthony’s bankruptcy case.

Dominic Casey’s affidavits said in July of 2008, the Baez Law Firm hired him to work with Casey Anthony’s defense team.

Anthony was accused of murdering her 2-year-old daughter Caylee Marie Anthony, who Casey had reported missing. Caylee’s remains were found by meter reader Roy Kronk in a wooded area near the Anthony family’s home in December of 2008. In July of 2011, Casey Anthony was acquitted in the murder of Caylee.

Dominic Casey said in one of the affidavits that during the publicity in the missing child case, Casey Anthony became aware of the telephone calls made to police by Roy Kronk in August of 2008. The phone calls indicated that Kronk may have located the remains of Caylee Anthony.

“She (Casey Anthony) told me at that time, ‘Caylee is not coming home, they need to get used to that’,” said Dominic Casey in the affidavit.

Dominic Casey also claimed that Casey Anthony suggested that Roy Kronk should be implicated in Caylee’s disappearance.

“In October 2008, just prior to the remains being found, Casey Anthony told me that when Caylee came up missing, the back gate was left ajar. Since Roy Kronk was a meter reader for the house, maybe ‘we could say Roy Kronk kidnapped Caylee’,” said

    Dominic Casey in the affidavit.

Dominic Casey went on to say the following in the affidavit:

“Based on my personal knowledge of the events and statements I personally heard from Casey Anthony she authorized and permitted her attorneys including, Jose Baez to make false statements about Roy Kronk to portray him as a murderer and or kidnapper of Caylee Anthony.”
A second Dominic Casey affidavit makes more shocking claims.

Dominic Casey said that he was hired by Jose Baez within two weeks of Casey Anthony’s July 16, 2008 arrest. He said the following in the affidavit:

“Saturday, July 26, 2008, Baez had told me that Casey had murdered Caylee and dumped the body somewhere and, he needed all the help he could get to find the body before anyone else did.”

Dominic Casey said that he met Casey Anthony at the jail and there was no doubt that she had psychological issues, but Jose Baez refused to have her evaluated by a psychological professional.

Dominic Casey said that Casey Anthony signed over both her and Caylee’s intellectual property rights “life rights” to Jose Baez, which were licensed to him exclusively. Another agreement required Casey Anthony to provide Baez with an extensive library of photographs, videos and other items that he could sell.

Dominic Casey said in the affidavit that in August of 2008, he presented evidence to Baez suggesting there could have been an accident and Caylee drowned in the backyard pool, and the accident snowballed out of control, Casey panicked and dumped Caylee’s body.

In the affidavit, Dominic Casey said that one of Casey Anthony’s high school friends called the sheriff’s office and told them that she and Casey Anthony and other friends used to hang out on Suburban Drive when they were teens. The high school friend said that because this was a familiar place for Casey Anthony, she may have buried Caylee there.

Dominic Casey said in the affidavit that on August 12, 2008, the State Attorney offered limited immunity for Casey Anthony in exchange for information regrading Caylee. Casey Anthony wanted to accept the plea deal. Baez told her to wait until he returned from New York and would be able to bond her out of jail.

In the affidavit, Dominic Casey also claims that a convicted drug trafficker and money launderer for Mexican drug lord “El Chapo” put up the money for Casey Anthony’s defense and also contributed $200,000 reward money and $500,000 to pay for her second bail bond.

Dominic Casey also claimed that Baez and Casey Anthony were having sex. He said in the affidavit that Casey Anthony asked Baez to cancel a TV interview, which he did and afterward said that Anthony owed him sex for it.

Dominic Casey went on to say,

“Within two weeks, the misconduct between Casey and Jose Baez had escalated. I arrived at Baez’s office unexpectedly one day and once again, witnessed a naked Casey. This time she ran from his private office, through the conference room to the hallway. That night I told her that she cannot allow him to continue engaging in this behavior. Casey told me she had to do what Jose said because she had no money for her defense.”

Dominic Casey said he quit working for Jose Baez and the Baez Law Firm on October 1, 2008.

Casey Anthony has kept a low profile since she was acquitted in her daughter’s murder. She recently filed documents to open a photography business.

Prosecutors in her murder trial recently spoke out about the case.

Judge: Casey Anthony may have killed her child by accident

Former Circuit Judge Belvin Perry Jr. on Wednesday said he believes Casey Anthony may have killed her daughter by accident, that she tried to quiet the child with chloroform and simply used too much.

Its a theory, he said, and if jurors had come to that conclusion, they might have found her guilty of second-degree murder or manslaughter.

Anthony was charged with first-degree murder after her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, disappeared in 2008. Anthony was charged with first-degree murder, and prosecutors asked for the death penalty, but a jury in 2011 acquitted her.

    Perry presided over the trial.

In a phone interview Wednesday, he did not find fault with the verdict but said evidence showed that Anthony had gone online to research how to use chloroform as a sedative.

A scientist also reported finding chloroform in the trunk of her car, where prosecutors said Anthony likely put the body temporarily.

Authorities were unable to determine a cause of death. The childs remains were found five months after she was reported missing.

Defense attorney Jose Baez told jurors that the toddler accidentally drowned in the familys pool and that someone else hid the body.

Prosecutors said Anthony used chloroform on the child then suffocated her by putting duct tape over her mouth.

In the past, Perry said, surgeons used chloroform as an anesthetic.

There was a possibility that she may have utilized that to keep the baby quiet and just used too much of it, and the baby died, he said.

He stressed that that was just one of several theories about what may have happened to Caylee.

As Ive expressed, the only person that really knows what happened was Casey, he said.

Casey Anthony Admits To Sleeping ‘Pretty Good At Night’ In Her First Interview Since Her Trial

It was the trial that captivated (and horrified) the nation in 2011: a parent accused of killing her child. Months after two-year-old Caylee Marie Anthony went missing (and whose skeletal remains were later discovered in the woods), her mother, Casey Anthony, was charged with first-degree murder. Prosecutors wanted the death penalty; instead, in a still-much-discussed decision by a Florida jury, Anthony was found not guilty of first-degree murder, aggravated manslaughter of a child, and aggravated child abuse.

(She was convicted on four counts of lying to law enforcement, although two counts were eventually dropped, and served three years in prison.)

In her first interview with the press since the trial six years ago, Anthony said, “I don’t give a sh*t about what anyone thinks about me… I’m OK with myself, I sleep pretty good at night.” America’s “most hated mom,” to quote Nancy Grace, understands why people feel the way they do about her — even her defense attorney thought she was guilty — but she swears, “I’m still not even certain as I stand here today about what happened.” When asked about the accusations that Caylee was sexually abused by her father, Anthony, who currently lives with a private investigator, added, “Everyone has their theories, I don’t know. As I stand here today I can’t tell you one way or another. The last time I saw my daughter I believed she was alive and was going to be OK.”

Anthony recently made a rare public appearance at an anti-Trump rally.

Casey Anthony breaks her silence about her daughter's death

Casey Anthony, the Florida woman at the center of a 2011 murder case involving her daughter, spoke about the case and her daughters death for the first time in an interview with the Associated Press.

Im still not even certain as I stand here today about what happened, Anthony told the AP.

Anthony was accused of killing her daughter Caylee Anthony in June 2008. Caylee's body was found months later in the woods near the Anthony home, but authorities were unable to determine a cause of death. The prosecution team said Anthony dumped Caylee's body there and tried to resume her normal life.

The AP reported that the interview with Anthony was revealing, bizarre and often contradictory, and ultimately raised more questions than answers about the case.

In the interview, Anthony acknowledged the frenzy surrounding her case led many to view her negatively.

Based off of what was in the media, I understand the reasons people feel about me, Anthony said. I understand why people have the opinions that they do.

In 2011, a jury acquitted Anthony of murdering her two-year-old child. Instead, the jury convicted her of four misdemeanor counts of lying to police.

Anthony admitted to the AP that she lied to police about a slew of things, including her employment, leaving her child with a babysitter, and about receiving a call from Caylee before she went missing.

Even if I wouldve told them everything that I told to the psychologist, I hate to say this, but I firmly believe I would have been in the same place, she told AP. Because cops believe other cops. Cops tend to victimize the victims. I understand now I see why I was treated the way I was even had I been completely truthful.

The AP asked Anthony about the theory presented by lead defense attorney Jose Baez, who suggested that Caylee drowned and her death was covered up.

Everyone has their theories; I dont know. As I stand here today I cant tell you one way or another, she said. The last time I saw my daughter I believed she was alive and was going to be OK, and thats what was told to me.

And there are no shortage of theories surrounding Caylees death. Last week, the retired Florida judge who presided over the Anthony trial told WFTV that he believes Anthony accidentally killed her daughter with chloroform. During the trial, evidence was presented that showed Anthony researched using chloroform, which was once used as an inhaled anesthetic during surgery.

The most logical thing that occurred, in my eyesight, based on everything I know about the case, was that (Anthony) did not intentionally kill her daughter, Perry told WFTV. I think based upon the evidence, the most logical thing that happened was that she tried to knock her daughter out by the use of chloroform and gave her too much chloroform, which caused her daughter to die.

Anthony, who currently lives at the house of a private investigator who worked on her case, told AP she is currently helping him with some investigative work.

And despite the fact she can hardly go anywhere without news of her presence spreading, she told the AP she's happy.

I dont give a sh** about what anyone thinks about me, I never will, she told AP. Im OK with myself; I sleep pretty good at night.

So this is what she is doing now.

Casey Anthony crusading for 'wrongfully convicted' wife killer Scott Peterson

Party girl Casey Anthony is going on a crusade to help spring the wrongfully convicted.

And her first port of call is death row at San Quentin to provide comfort for wife killer Scott Peterson.

Anthony, 32, gained worldwide notoriety when she was charged with murdering her toddler daughter, Caylee. She was eventually acquitted in 2011 of the slaying.

Now, Anthony tells DailyMailTV that not every killer is going to get her help.

She wont help Jodi Arias, who narrowly escaped the needle in the murder of her guru boyfriend Travis Alexander. Arias is appealing her life sentence.

I think she is guilty as hell I would like to punch her in the face maybe as bad as people want to punch me in the face, Anthony told DailyMailTV.

Anthony revealed she also torpedoed doing a reality TV show.

I turned down big money of (sic) doing a reality show, she told the tab TV program.

They want to follow your every move, not happening meaning I dont like the parts that I am not in control of..my life is not a script.

She added that producers wanted to add things she had no interest in and that her life as it is wasnt good enough.

I am not the wild child that everyone characterizes me to be, she said. I am not shy I am very outgoing I love everyone but I am in no ways a wild, easy woman.

Peterson was convicted in 2004 for the murder of his pregnant wife, Laci. He was also convicted of second-degree murder in the death of his unborn son, Conner.

My next project is a meeting with Scott Peterson in California this summer, Anthony said. I think I will take time and help people wrongfully convicted.

Anthony added that she also wants to help child killer Darlie Routier, 49, who was convicted in Texas in the 1996 stabbing murder of her sons, Damon, 5, and Devon, 6.

Routier was also stabbed but detectives determined it was a setup. She is on death row in Texas.

    Sigh....why??

Casey Anthony reveals plans for movie detailing her life, report says

    By WESH 2 News

ORLANDO, Fla. Casey Anthony says she is planning to make a movie that details her partying and murder trial acquittal in 2011, a new report says.

The Daily Mail reported Thursday that the movie will be called As I was Told. She told the Daily Mail the name stems from her being told to cover up her daughter Caylees death.

Caylees remains were found in a wooded area near her familys Orange County home in 2008. Anthony was acquitted of murder in 2011.

She subsequently moved to South Florida, where she has, for the most part, been living a low-key, uneventful life.

Anthony said she is working on the movie now so she can get her side of the story out, the report said.

I just feel my truth needs to be out of me. I need to close the book, Anthony told DailMail.com.

The report said the movie should be finished next year and will be filmed in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina.

The film will be a low-budget production featuring amateur actors, the report said.

Casey Anthony Files Paperwork to Open Private Investigation Company

Casey Anthony has filed paperwork to open a private investigations business in Florida, according to state documents.

The woman is listed as the registered agent of Case Research & Consulting Services, LLC, in West Palm Beach, the Orlando Sentinel reported Wednesday. The documents were filed on Dec. 14, and contained an effective date of Jan. 1.

Anthony, now 34, was acquitted on July 5, 2011 on charges including first-degree murder and aggravated child abuse in connection to the disappearance and death of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Anthony. Her six-week trial was internationally broadcast live, and prosecutors sought the death penalty.

She was convicted on misdemeanor charges of false information to law enforcement and sentenced to four years with credit for time served. She was released from jail 12 days after being found not guilty.

Anthony lives in seclusion in southern Florida, reportedly with private investigator Pat McKenna, the lead investigator in her case, The Associated Press reported in 2017. McKenna was also part of O.J. Simpson's defense team when Simpson was charged and acquitted of killing his wife Nicole Brown, and her friend Ronald Goldman.

The address listed for Case Research & Consulting Services is related to McKenna, WKMG-TV reported.

Anthony had also worked with McKenna doing social media searches and investigative tasks, The AP reported.
