The only thing I'm going to say is that the Supreme Court is only a "ghoulish death watch" because Justices don't retire when they probably should. Ginsberg and Breyor should've retired under Obama but they just couldn't let go of their power.
I am vehemently against Murder. That's why I support the Death Penalty.

Had they retired in 2014, Democrats would've had to be the ones to pull the nuclear option on SCOTUS nominees and they would've had to own it. From their perspective, Breyer and Ginsburg not retiring then was a huge mistake.

The whole federal judiciary is becoming a death watch over the activist judges on both sides refusing to step down until death. It's depressing, they should retire and enjoy their golden years, there shouldn't be 90 year old judges on the court nor one's so weak they can't even stay conscious during hearings.

Democrats have themselves to blame. They need to own the chain of events that led to the nuclear option.

Democrats filibustered Bush circuit court nominees, which was unprecedented. So Republicans followed suit, to which democrats nuked the filibuster for circuit court judges. They established the precedent, and now they must own the consequences, and all Senate democrats can currently do is cry.

Adam Jentleson, who used to work for Harry Reid has said repeatedly that had democrats not nuked the filibuster Mitch McConnell would've just done it the second Trump got in power and they would've had more judicial vacancies to fill with federalist society nominees.

He said you can make an argument that they own it but that it was inevitable.

Jeffrey Toobin has said something similar.

That's probably true. And I thank "Cocaine Mitch" for that. But luckily, we can use Harry Reid to cast some of the responsibility on them too. It helps us keep up appearances.

Ginsburg Countdown Continues: Misses Third Consecutive Day At Supreme Court

The longer her absence plays out the more whispers are intensifying as to the true state of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s health following surgery for lung cancer last month

    By DCWhisper.com

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was absent from the bench for a third straight day on Wednesday.

Chief Justice John Roberts said Ginsburg was unable to be present for arguments but would participate in deciding Wednesday’s case via briefs and transcripts of oral arguments.

Her absence Monday marked the first time in more than 25 years on the court that she missed an oral argument due to her health.

The Supreme Court’s Press Office said last month that Ginsburg’s cancer was discovered in an X-ray after she fractured three ribs on her left side in a Nov. 7 fall. Both nodules removed during surgery were found to be malignant on initial pathology evaluation, but post-surgery there was no evidence of any remaining disease.

Ginsburg has survived two previous bouts of cancer — colon cancer in 1999 and pancreatic cancer in 2009 — and did not miss a day in court during those periods.

    RUTH BADER GINSBURG
    EMERGES FOR FIRST TIME ...
    Since Lung Cancer Surgery

Ruth Bader Ginsburg was spotted for the first time since undergoing surgery to remove cancerous growths from her lung.

A photo agency got video of RBG leaving her Washington D.C. apartment at 9 AM Wednesday, looking frail but hopefully on the mend.

The surgery was serious enough for Justice Ginsburg to miss the last 3 days at the Supreme Court ... something that has never happened in her 25-year storied career on the high court.

Her health has been on the minds of everyone since she fractured several ribs during a fall in November. Doctors who treated her discovered the cancerous growths.

The 85-year-old Justice was in a wheelchair and helped into a waiting car. It's unclear where she was headed but she did not go to the Supreme Court.

RBG is the oldest member of the Supreme Court and the cornerstone of the liberal wing. She's been working from home while recovering from her surgery.

Justice Ginsburg has battled cancer twice before -- colon cancer in 1999 and pancreatic cancer in 2009. Despite her surgeries and recoveries, she did not miss a single day at work.

She's the 4th oldest person ever to sit on the Supreme Court.

It's being reported that the White House is quietly preparing for a possible vacancy, and that the lung nodules could be a symptom of a larger metastatic cancer - per ZeroHedge.

I wonder what the left's excuse is gonna be for the next nominee? Are they gonna cry rape again? I wonder what excuse they will use if the next nominee is a woman?
