Aren't Appeals a form of a DR inmate begging for their lives???

I find it so ironic that most DR inmates use every appeal that are available to try to save their lives, yet when the Victims begged for their lives they were ignored.....And DR inmates will always have the upper hand even if they have a death sentence, knowing that when their date comes up, they can prepare for it, where the victims had no such luxury.....

True but what about volunteers? A fair amount of DR inmates have given up their appeals and chosen death.

The ones who volunteer i have no issue with, as long as they volunteer off the bat, and show remorse, but if they appealed a few times then given up, then show zero mercy...
