Ok, looking at the victim's forensic report, she was sexually assaulted. Abused is something a parent or a relative does to the child. Have you read the reports?? There was no DNA at all of him found on the girl. Not just Semen. Again, read the report. He didn't have physical contact with the child. But somehow he raped her, killed her and put her body in a suit case (which was NOT fingerprinted by the cops. Wow) in his closet without leaving a single shred of DNA.
Not related to him. I came across this website the other night by accident. This trial seemed to be full of mistakes and it looks to me there are many holes and mistakes that were made in the prosecutions case. Some include the time of death which doesn't make sense as the trial expert had indicated. Also the fact that the police took the victim's body and laid it on the defendant's bed. I mean seriously, WHAT??
And then the search of the victim's house with K9 police dogs 4 separate times with no result. The body was found the next evening when defendant was already in custody.
DNA shows there was no evidence of sexual contact between these 2. The victim has suffered pretty bad sexual injuries. It would be pretty much impossible to rape someone like that without leaving ANY DNA behind. He was charged with sexual assault and it seems like he at least might be Innocent of that if not the whole thing.
And the man with the suitcase....who is shot dead 3 months later after this event.
And the informant knowing about this case.
By the way, defendant's car was searched and no evidence of the girl was found there either.
I suggest you read the link I posted along with the copy of the DNA analysis.
This case was very badly handled from beginning. I'm sure they wanted a quick convention since it was a sexual assault and death of the child.
So, if you come home tomorrow and find a body of a child in your attic, you're pretty much screwed, right? You should get a death penalty. After all, the body is in your attic. You must have done it.
I believe every case in light of new evidence has to be looked at with a level head and open mind.
